Appointment Guidelines
We do a Pre-Screening
Please don't book if you feel sick or think you may have symptoms of Covid-19. We do pre-screen when you check-in for symptoms of Covid-19 and also infectious skin diseases.
Sorry No Walk-In Appointments
Book an appointment with us on our website up to 1 hour before you plan on coming in or call 915-228-5638 for our 'call-in' availability. Sometimes we can squeeze you in if you have a profile with us already created when you call.
Wait in your car
When you arrive, please wait in your car. When you are parked check-in to let us know you have arrived. Expect a text from us when we are ready for you. You are not allowed to bring in anything to drink or eat.
No Food and Drinks
We do apologize to all our guests that have grown accustomed to our complimentary drinks and snacks but they are no longer allowed for everyone's safety.
No Extra Guests are allowed
Only the person getting a service done with us can enter to stay. If you have someone waiting outside we can share our WIFI information to help them pass the time outside.
Wear a face covering
Like every public place in El Paso, every person that enters our nail salon must wear a face-covering during their visit. Please don't remove it or touch it during your service.
Temperature check
We will be checking your temperature to make sure that you do not have a fever, if you are over 100.4 we will not be able to see you.
Keep 6 ft social distance
Your nail artist should be the only person closer than six feet from you. Try to keep a six foot distance from others at all times.
Wash your hands
Wash your hands when you enter. We have complimentary brushes at all our sinks for you to use to clean under your nails. Avoid touching anything after washing up (phone, keys, polishes, etc.).
